RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We know that you’ll love your purchase, but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to help. All of our bags are handmade and packed by one of our team, with thorough inspections made upon shipping, so we are confident that a quality product is heading your way, each and every time.

Refunds or exchanges cannot be offered for change of mind purchases.

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@bolsa.com.au. Make sure to include your Sales Receipt and Order Number when sending the item back.

All returned products must be in their original condition—unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered—with tags attached and packaging intact. Items that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, exchanges will be processed promptly. Please note that any price differences, as well as extra shipping, taxes, or import fees, will be the responsibility of the customer. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed to be faulty. Return postage costs are also not refundable.
